20 Aug Discussing the progress of the “Historic Cafes Route” and the International Forum Cultural Routes of the CoE to be held in Chania October 7-9, 2020

The President of the Hellenic Republic Mr. Prokopis Pavlopoulos, the Member of  the Hellenic Parliament Mrs. Dora Bakoyannis, the Deputy Minister of Education Mr. Vasilis Digalakis, and the Founder & President of the European Historic Cafes Association Mr. Vasilis Stathakis had the opportunity to discuss about the progress of the “Historic Cafe Route” and the International Forum Cultural Routes of the CoE to be held in Chania on 7-9 October 2020 during a social event.
They all met at a reception following the unveiling of the statue of the Bishop of Kissamos and Selinos Ireneos Galanakis.
There EHICA’s Founder and President Mr. Vassilis Stathakis informed them on the preparations that have been done for the “Cultural Routes” forum to be held  7-9 October 2020 in Chania, Crete, as well as on the progress of the “Historic Cafes Route” dossier, which is a Greek initiative and an idea of EHICA. This dossier is expected to be submitted for certification to the Council of Europe.
